A great arts venue showing a varied range of modern art. It also has a large cinema/performance space, well stocked bookshop and large bar and restaurant. It’s position in the centre of Bristol’s Harbourside has made it a pivotal component of Bristol’s cultural life.

It is a great place for art exhibits I suppose . Unfortunately the day I visited, most of the exhibition is closed for prep of the upcoming exhibition. So we did not spend much time in this location.Overall the place is clean and relaxing vibe. Very inclusive placr esp for the LGBT community.Great people and friendly.

Threads is a must see exhibition. Diverse, sad and happy in many different ways. Read the women's stories in the tent and listen to the voices.

Lovely after gallery with friendly staff and good amenities. Visited quite a few times and they always have had great exhibitions. Book stores had great books that are in rotation so each time you visit is worth a stop to check what's new. Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No … More

I probably wouldn't love Bristol as much if it wasn't for the Arnolfini! Great museum, very inclusive in both artist selection and curatorial language. A must-see.

Cool free art gallery we stumbled upon. The exhibitions were cool but not to our taste but the art room at the top was great, we loved drawing our own graffiti for a while. Would be great for crafty kids too. Good shop! Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No … More

The place is nice but for different tastes, colors and the truth is that I didn't like the exhibition that was on at that time (Elias Sime). That doesn't mean that other people who are great admirers of certain modern art might not like it. There was also another, much more modest exhibition of embroidery, which I liked much more. Is free.

One exhibition way too pretentious for its own good. Others have been interesting and better though. Small but free of charge so worth a visit if you’re passing by. Expect some bad smells though. Might have been part of the experience though. It’s that kind of place.

Really great place. Especially impress by the way they want you to enjoy your visit. To the extent of providing yoga mats and ear defenders to help you get immersed in the art. X

I expected a few more displays. It would also have been better to have descriptions next to the displays on what the artist was trying to convey. I understand that most of what people get out of each piece would be different from person to person, but it would be helpful to have a starting point of what the inspiration for creating the piece was in addition to just the title.
