Best part of Rwa is the people that work there that are passionate about art and what they do, and care really truly informed about everything! I specially liked the girl behind the desk at the main entrance, very good at giving information and helping out with anything needed, she was very cool.I highly recommend rwa just to meet the awesome staff and the art obviously! The coffee is also one of the best I have had in Bristol.

An excellent gallery. Newly refurbished with greatly improved accessibility and an excellent cafe. A varied set of exhibitions including the annual open submission each autumn. The gallery spaces are really beautiful in themselves. Enough room to show substantial pieces or a large exhibition without overwhelming. Two smaller rooms are usually free to enter. The main gallery usually charges a fee. There is an active friends group.

This Gallery has very eclectic pieces in exhibitions & permanent collections. Thus there is something for everyone to enjoy.Well worth getting the year pass (at £15 per adult, as at June 2023).The superb Art Nouveau building with its paintings near the ceiling is worth looking at too.

I visited for the annual open exhibition when there is a large variety of artwork on display. There are regular events for all ages that need to be booked in advance. There is level access entry and lifts to the galleries. The connected coffeeshop is also worth visit.

A wonderful place where you can enjoy coffee and cake inside or outside. Close to the hussle and bustle of the Triangle by Whiteladies Rd and Queens Rd junction. A great selection of hot drinks and snacks. The cakes are great and make a perfect treat to enjoy with good company or on your own. It was very busy but plenty of seating and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The last but one day of the current exhibition! Some interesting stuff! Autumn open exhibition coming soon. If you are likely to go often, their Art Pass is a good buy. £15 and valid for a year.

What a wonderful Gallery. A truly beautiful building with a cafe serving excellent well priced food. Went for the Earth exhibition, a well conceived fusion of contemporary and traditional works. A genuinely pleasurable and thought provoking experience.

Spider and Cole cafe. This is a new cafe with an excellent pedigree with their cafe in Victoria St Clifton. This is great cafe with plenty of seating both outside and inHad a late lunch with good quality food and great Iced coffee. The crew worked hard and customers served with good andpolite service. Food and drinks served at the table.

Excellent layout and the outside seating enticing now that the , patio area , for the want of a better description has been created. It is far enough away from the road to stop traffic from being intrusive. The range of cakes and pastries is mouthwatering. The breakfast and lunch menus though not extensive are tempting and I am sure tasty. Coffee very good.

We held our 10th anniversary party at the RWA and couldn’t have wished for a better venue. As regular visitors, we knew that the building was stunning. However, we were blown away by the lovely staff and flexible event managers who went out of their way to ensure that the event ran smoothly. It was such a treat to have dinner and a full dance floor in the middle of the galleries. Thanks for making our night so special!
