Magnificent place where you can contemplate Edinburgh at 360°. If you are lucky and the weather is nice then admire the sunset before going back down.

Great exhibition H-E-L-L-O at Collective, and very helpful and friendly staff. Great views out over Edinburgh and there is a small cafe kiosk open even though the main cafe was closed at the time.

The exhibition that was on when we visited was not particularly interesting. The shop/museum part was okay with some nice (but limited) info about some of the other structures on Carlton Hill and there were some good sheets for kids. A good place to drop in for a few minutes but not as much content as I had hoped for. That might just have been the exhibition which was on at the time.

Really enjoyed my trip to the current exhibition, Cauleen Smith's video installation HELLO. More than happy to make a small donation to support this great space. Very relaxed and welcoming space. Small suggested fee to use the bathroom. A unique art experience. Looking forward to seeing what is on next.

Wonderful place to visit, just be prepared for a bit of a climb but so worth it for the views of surrounding Edinburgh. The exhibits are pretty cool as well. Parking along some nearby streets seems to be free on the weekends. Entry is free as well so all around a fun day for the whole family. Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait … More
