Cornwall Contemporary is the jewel in Penzance’s artistic crown.This gorgeous gallery is always packed with surprises and the absolute best of Cornish Art. Stunning seascapes, still lives and contemporary sculptures sit alongside glowing ceramics, brilliant books and highly covetable jewellery pieces.The staff are passionate experts and more than happy to share their knowledge and insight into the works on display.Each exhibition is curated with the upmost care and style; demonstrating exactly why this is the go to gallery for international and local clients and creators alike.Make sure you explore all the way to the topper most room where there are always some gems!I love all the pieces I have purchased here and look forward to every show with anticipation.

I fell in love with a painting on the gallery's website and took the risk of buying it without seeing it in real life. The gallery's owner and the assistant manager were both so helpful. Unfortunately, there was a small issue with the painting when it arrived. I contacted the gallery and had a speedy reply from the owner even though she was on holiday. We were able to agree a solution and everything is now very satisfactorily resolved. I wouldn't hesitate to use the gallery again or to recommend it to others.

This is the best collection of Cornish and carefully selected British and international artists in Cornwall. Beautiful artwork spread over three floors, wonderful Cornish rooftop views from the top Gallery. Always something new to see, gorgeous ceramics and jewellery to collect. Well worth a visit.
